EXCHANGE

You can exchange any product within 2 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is still new and in excellent condition and has not been used. If the delivery guy reaches you and he found out that the piece did not meet these conditions, we will not be able to make the exchange.
To exchange, please contact us via our Instagram page or an WhatsApp also , along with sending your order number through the website, and our team will fulfil your request as soon as possible.

exchange process takes 1 day from the date of your request for the exchange.
You will have to pay 25 AED as a delivery fee when exchanging the order.

Exchange is free in the following cases:
-If we have sent you the wrong product, or the wrong measurement.
-If there is a manufacturing defect in the product or you received it in poor condition.
